If you don’t know what skin concerns your clients have because they just come in for their waxing or nails or you’re stuck in a routine of talking about your holidays or how much chocolate you ate over Easter then you need to start engaging your clients in conversation that is going to be profitable for you. As your clients’ skin and beauty expert you should be talking to them about what products they are using, how they are or aren’t working and how you can help them get results and the skin they want.
Have the answers
SkinBase IPL Advanced therapies have a number of different applications for skin issues if you are offering these treatments it is up to you to make sure the client is informed about what is available. Make sure you have the answers to their questions and if you come across an objection from a client, learn how to handle these for the future. Often an objection isn’t your client saying no, it is simply that they don’t yet have enough information to say yes. Don’t be afraid to ask again at a later date and provide your client with the information that they need in the mean time to make an informed decision. This could be a leaflet, consultation, a case study example from another client, or all of these things. Help your client say Yes!
