Pay-As-You-Go charges are billed weekly; Monday afternoon at 4pm GMT.
How do I know what my charges are?
We send you a detailed invoice each week. You can also login to our online portal to access invoices and print statements.
How do I order consumables?
Call before 12pm and we will ship for next working day delivery.
How do I pay my charges?
Charges are taken on a credit or debit card of your choice.
What happens at the end of my initial PAYG contract?
Simply carry on, or call us to collect the machine back from you.
When do I get my deposit back?
With the new Collagen Lift system, no deposit is required.
