If you find any problems with your purchase, we’re here to help, please see details below of how to contact us regarding returns and refunds.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If there is not a fault with the product then the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return where the product is not faulty your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Refunds will only be given where the product is proven to be faulty. In all other instances SkinBase will provide a replacement on the same day a returned product is received.
To return an item then please contact our customer service team at [email protected] quoting your original order number and stating why you wish to return the product.
One of our team will get back to you within two working days, normally via email so please check your spam folder if you are awaiting a response from us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within one working day and notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will then receive the credit back onto the card, usually within 3 – 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, shipping costs for the original purchase are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
