Why winter is the perfect time to get body confident

As soon as January rolls around, everyone starts talking about shedding winter weight and finally getting fit. As a result, it can be hard to remain positive about your body, whether you want to make changes to it or not! And we think it’s easy to fall into a cycle of negative body image right up until summer – when, of course, you’ll want to enjoy the sunshine in summery clothes! For lots of people, they need a goal in mind when they exercise. It could be that they want to fit into a certain outfit again, or that they want to lose a specific amount of weight.
