How Were the Thread Veins Affecting Her Client?

When Did She Begin to See Results?

IPL results develop gradually as the treated vessels are broken down and naturally cleared by the body. Some clients may notice an improvement after their first appointment, but a course of treatments is usually recommended for the best outcome. The number of sessions required will depend on the size, depth and location of the thread veins, as well as how the individual skin responds.

Q: At what point did you start to see noticeable changes in their skin?

“When she came back for the third treatment we realised that we were getting really good results. It did go a little bit crusty and scabby on some of the areas where the vessels were quite close together, but she was.”

“If their photographs are not identifiable and it is just a snippet of the area that you’re working with, then no one will know who it is anyway!”

Q: How does it feel to be a Transformation of the Year finalist?

“I love being a finalist. I love receiving these awards. This is the second one that I’ve received now, and they look great in the salon. They are a really good talking point, as everyone says, oh, what’s that? Clients who are not booking in for a SkinBase treatment then think about booking in for a SkinBase treatment.”
