Shipping

To keep your purchase from our online shop as simple as possible SkinBase charge a single “flat-rate” delivery charge on all orders under £35.

The current rate is £4.95 regardless of the number of items or weight of the items in the delivery.

We aim to ship all orders within one working day of receipt of the order on a Royal Mail 2 day signed for service. Orders received After 1pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following week due to our office hours and collection schedule for our couriers.

We currently only ship to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland). SkinBase primarily use Royal Mail as our primary courier in the England, Scotland & Wales. Orders to Northern Ireland will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for delivery.
