Prevention

Hair removal methods like waxing and shaving can cause or exasperate ingrown hairs. With SkinBase IPL permanent hair reduction the hair follicle is disabled and unable to produce a new hair. To achieve the most permanent results a course of treatments is required. Typically 6-10 treatments may be needed at intervals of 4-6 weeks to see long-lasting results. Any hair re-growth you do have will be softer and finer than before reducing the likelihood of ingrown hairs or any hairs for that matter!
