After an incredible year of skin transformations, SkinBase is delighted to announce the winner of its Transformation of the Year 2025 competition.

With over 200 entries, 72 finalists, and five category winners, the judges faced an exceptionally difficult decision. Our category winners showed, not only the visible skin improvement, but the life-changing confidence that can be achieved through professional SkinBase treatments. The overall winner for 2025 is Perry Walker of Perry’s Beauty, whose IPL Advanced transformation journey with her client Sadie stood out for our judges. As the Transformation of the Year winners, Perry and Sadie will each be heading off to Barbados, courtesy of SkinBase.

A Life-Changing Skin Transformation

Sadie had lived with severe rosacea for many years, a condition that affected her confidence and daily life. Perry’s transformation with Sadie impressed the judges not only for the clear visual improvements in severe rosacea, but for the trusted client–therapist relationship underpinning the results. This transformation highlights the importance of building confidence and trust, enabling the therapist to recommend and deliver a carefully considered treatment plan that genuinely supports the client’s long-term skin goals.

“Working with Sadie has been my biggest achievement yet. Her rosacea had been a real problem for years, but the IPL has been magical. Her redness is hugely reduced, her skin is calm and even, and she can now go out without concealer. This is why I do what I do.” -Perry Walker

Restoring Confidence

For Sadie, this was not just a skin transformation, it was a confidence transformation:

“I’ve suffered with rosacea most of my life. It was affecting my mental health and self worth. I can honestly say it’s been worth every penny and the slight discomfort having this treatment for how I feel today about ‘me’ has been life changing.”
