7 weeks of lockdown and we’ve got feet like a pig’s trotters, daily exercise is taking a toll on our soles and what better way to get rid of all that dead skin build-up and treat those feet than with a luxury MD pedicure. Here is an example procedure (avoid any heat treatments; paraffin wax and hot boots), you can do the microdermabrasion step prior to soaking too.

Our hands are one of the areas that can show the signs of ageing first. Age spots on the hands and forearms are common as are fine lines and wrinkles.
