What is Menopause?
Menopause is a natural transition, and a normal part of ageing that marks the end of having menstrual cycles, but it can be tough. Generally, most people will begin the transition between the ages of 45 and 55, though factors other than age can influence the process. During the time leading up to the transition, a number of uncomfortable physical symptoms may be experienced.
There are a range of symptoms associated with Menopause and the skin. Discussed in the guide are: dry, itchy skin, eczema, redness & flushing, rosacea, acne and spots, facial hair, sun damage, dull skin, and fragile skin. We know all of these might sound like a lot to take in, but it’s not all doom and gloom. Having the facts means you can take action to manage the symptoms you are experiencing.
