What is Menopause? 

Menopause is a natural transition, and a normal part of ageing that marks the end of having menstrual cycles, but it can be tough. Generally, most people will begin the transition between the ages of 45 and 55, though factors other than age can influence the process. During the time leading up to the transition, a number of uncomfortable physical symptoms may be experienced.
