What does a jade roller do?

Jade rollers boast a long stick to hold the tool and a jade stone on the end which can be ‘rolled’ over the skin for beneficial results. A jade roller feels like a facial massage and essentially that’s what it is. By rolling the jade stone over your complexion, you’ll benefit from improving circulation, softening fine lines and wrinkles as well as tightening pores. The coolness of the jade is perfect for using as part of your morning skincare routine as it helps to wake you up, drain the lymphatic system to reduce puffiness, improve blood circulation and reduce undereye dark circles. How to use a jade roller?

A jade roller is best used with an oil or serum to help it glide over the skin and ensure the product is fully absorbed. First, apply your product to your face and the start to gently place the roller on one side of your face. Begin with the middle of your forehead and move towards your ear. Then, move from your forehead to the side of your eyes and downwards, towards your cheeks, lips and chin. You can then move downwards to your collarbone. Once you’ve completed one side of your face, you can start on the other side. Remember to clean your roller afterwards.
