Just writing this guide has helped us to take a good look at our own lifestyle habits and a few changes are definitely having positive benefits. Well, you will certainly be much nicer to look at with a smile on your face.  Using the muscles in your face to smile rather than to frown will, at the very least, mean the wrinkles you do get will be as a result of smiling more and not frowning more. We know which we would rather have. It’s contagious! Try not to smile at someone smiling at you. It’s quite difficult. A friendly, smiling face will attract more smiles from other people.
