Exfoliation is essentially the removal of the dead skin cells on the skin’s surface. Why is Exfoliation Important?

This opens the way for moisturising products to penetrate more deeply into the skin, which makes them more effective in nourishing the skin. A regular exfoliating routine will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy.

However, avoid over-exfoliating and limit your exfoliation routine to once a week, a course of microdermabrasion is great for the skin carried out every 7-10 days.
