The 15 minute ‘spa at home’ treatment…

Lie down and place your feet on a hot-water bottle. Put a pillow under your knees and a pre-chilled eye pillow on your face and relax for 15 minutes under a soft blanket. The combination of hot and cool temperatures brings relaxation and renews positive energy.
