We know cellulite can literally be a pain in the bum, oh and the thighs, arms, tummy etc etc – you get the picture! So with summer approaching as we speak (we hope so anyway, can’t cope with this cold for much longer) there is no better time to give these methods, which are all natural by the way, a go! Goodbye unsightly orange peel!

Heated massage – yes please!

You’ll be pleased to know that some women have reported success in getting rid of cellulite by getting a heated massage. Well we think this is marvelous… and even if it doesn’t get rid of cellulite, you still got a relaxing heated massage. Every cloud…

Bathe in seaweed

we all love a relaxing bath so what an amazing bonus that it can help to minimise the appearance of cellulite! As well as many mental and physical health benefits having a bath can also help us out with our appearance. Seaweed baths have been used in the Mediterranean for many years to help fight cellulite. 4 sheets of seaweed added to your bath once a week should do the trick!

Herbal remedies

Consume some herbs and reap the benefits! Herbs such as dandelion leaf and ginkgo biloba can help boost circulation in your body and help flush out toxins from your body. Gotu Kola, Fenugreek and parsley are also thought to be helpful in enhancing connective tissue structure and circulation. Be sure to talk to your doctor before you try out any of these herbs to ensure that they’re safe for you.

Try not to yo-yo diet

Yo-yo dieting is, aside from genetics and pregnancy, one of the most common ways to get cellulite, so if you get slim and stay that way, you’ll decrease your chances of getting cellulite to start with.

Exercise

Exercise is important in toning our muscles, staying healthy and fit, but there’s a particular move that helps with reducing cellulite. Jumping on a mini trampoline or a rebounder helps relieve stress, helps slow down the ageing process, increases muscular strength and reduces fat and cellulite. Aim to jump for about 5 minutes per day and work up to 20 minutes for best results!

Eat clean and alkaline

One of the ways to fight cellulite with your diet is to consume only unprocessed foods. Eating a clean, alkaline diet in addition to some of the other tips can help reduce cellulite. Fresh fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods and should make up most of what’s in your daily meals!
