Exercise is important in toning our muscles, staying healthy and fit, but there’s a particular move that helps with reducing cellulite. Jumping on a mini trampoline or a rebounder helps relieve stress, helps slow down the ageing process, increases muscular strength and reduces fat and cellulite. Aim to jump for about 5 minutes per day and work up to 20 minutes for best results!

Eat clean and alkaline
