Exercise, in particular rebounding

We should all aim to do the recommended minimum 20 minutes a day of physical activity and we all understand that exercise is important in toning our muscles, staying healthy and fit. One particular move which is great for cellulite is jumping on a mini trampoline or a rebounder. It helps relieve stress, helps slow down the ageing process, increases muscular strength and reduces fat and cellulite. Aim to jump for about 5 minutes per day and work up to 20 minutes for best results!


Another natural way to reduce cellulite is to consume some herbs! Herbs help boost circulation in your body and help flush out toxins from your body. Try dandelion leaf, ginkgo biloba, Gotu Kola, Fenugreek and parsley. Be sure to talk to your doctor before you try out any of these herbs to ensure that they’re safe for you.

Bathe in seaweed

Who knew we could minimise the appearance of cellulite by taking a bath! Taking a bath has many mental and physical health benefits but it can also help us out with our appearance. Seaweed baths have been used in the Mediterranean for many years to help fight cellulite. Try adding 4 sheets of seaweed to your bath once a week for the greatest benefit.

Unprocessed diet, which is mainly alkaline

One of the ways to fight cellulite with your diet is to consume only unprocessed foods. Eating a clean, alkaline diet in addition to some of the other tips can help reduce cellulite. Minimise the appearance of cellulite by eating alkaline foods so you attract acidic and toxic substances in your body and remove them. Fresh fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods and should make up most of what’s in your daily meals!
